Her reveal was met with a very, very long and awkward silence from Boyega, who didn't quite know what to say.

SPOILER ALERT: if you don't want to know any revealing details about the latest Star Wars flick, then look away now. Go on, do one to make a brew or something - this one's not for you. There we go, consider yourself suitably warned - that's more than Holly Willoughby gave the viewers of This Morning.

Last Saturday saw the Los Angeles premiere for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, the latest in the reactivated Star Wars episodes, which came about after Disney acquired Lucasfilm back in October 2012.

The film sees Daisy Ridley, Mark Hamill and John Boyega return as the main characters, Rey, Luke Skywalker and Finn. And, of course, the late Carrie Fisher will also star as her iconic role of Princess Leia - her final appearance before her death last year.

All the stars were on the red carpet - including the legendary Hamill, who dropped a potentially mind-blowing spoiler about another certain Star Wars veteran.

But, hey, at least he was being aloof. The same can't be said of This Morning's Holly, who leaked the news earlier when talking to star John Boyega.

"And Yoda's back!" She exclaimed, only to be met with a very, very long and awkward silence from Boyega - and that wasn't only because of the delay in what she said getting to him.

He turns around to look at whoever's in the room with him - his people, probs - not really knowing what to say. He then looks down the camera and tells her off.

"Holly, Holly. I mean I can't tell the fans exactly what happens," he said.

She then tries to backtrack, saying that the news is already out there, but the damage was done.

And along with news of the returning favourite, you'll also be pleased to hear that the new film has now had the seal of approval from Star Wars creator and all-round Hollywood top dog, George Lucas. And if there's anyone that needs to be impressed, it's probably him.

Connie Wethington, a representative for the filmmaker, told Heat Vision that Lucas felt the film was 'beautifully made'.

She added that Lucas had also spoken with The Last Jedi director, Rian Johnson, after seeing the film and was 'complimentary' with his comments.

The Last Jedi currently also has a pretty decent rating of 93% on review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes, which means George doesn't seem to be on his own in enjoying the latest Star Wars film.

YODA'S BACK! See it coming, we did not - but excited, we are.
