The bond between siblings is one of the strongest things there is, but Jonah Hill decided to make his connection with sister Beanie Feldstein even more permanent by getting her name inked on his forearm.

The slimmed-down Superbad star showed some brotherly love when he posted a snap of his new tat to Instagram.

Feldstein shared the photo on her Instagram, accompanied by a caption referencing some of the musical's lyrics: "Somebody wants to put on his Sunday clothes!!! - this is NEXT LEVEL. Love you!"

The celeb siblings are really close. Just a few days earlier, Jonah shared another photo, this time showing him and Beanie when they were younger.

He wrote: "As always, I'm copying her because she's cooler and the leader of us two even tho she's ten years younger.

"My hero and my best friend. And now she's going to make fun of how earnest my Instagram posts are.

"But too bad Beanie, you taught me to be myself. And I'm sappy AF. Whatever."

The past year has been a biggie for Beanie who starred in Greta Gerwig's Oscar-nominated film Lady Bird, while also continuing to perform in Hello Dolly.

Asked in an interview with Entertainment Weekly whether her brother's success had inspired her, she said: "Absolutely. It's been so helpful because he's so incredible with what he does and is a great sounding board since he's so talented and successful.

"I'm his biggest fan. But I've been performing since I was five. I've always been totally obsessed with theatre - especially musical."

But the past few months haven't been easy for the family after older brother Jordan Feldstein passed away shortly before Christmas.

Jordan, who had been manager of Maroon 5 for 15 years, passed away unexpectedly due to blood clots that originated in his legs.

His company also counts Miguel, Robin Thicke, and Rick Springfield among its clients.

The 40-year-old was found dead on December 22 after calling 911 while suffering shortness of breath.

The primary cause of death, as detailed in a coroner's report, was pulmonary thromboembolism, as well as deep leg vein thrombosis.
