It must be a tough life, being Piers Morgan, mustn't it? Having to have opinions on things, all the time. Not a spare second to think about whether you're right or wrong, or how history will judge you - just endlessly saying stuff, and to hell with the consequences. I'm tired just thinking about it.

Today, Piers' opinions were directed towards reality TV's reigning monarch, Kim Kardashian West, who hit the headlines yesterday when she posted a topless picture of herself to her Twitter profile. Unsurprisingly, the Good Morning Britain host was not impressed.

As he told GMB viewers: "Very big news day yesterday, obviously, for reasons we all know. But right in the middle of it, I was really glad to know that some things never change.

"When you become a mother again, things don't change. You've become a mother again, you're in your mid to late 30s, it's your third child. I know what I'll do, I'll put a big topless photo of myself on social media."

The programme then showed the image in question, with Kim's breasts helpfully covered up by a GMB sign - hey, it was early in the morning after all.

Those famous opinions were in full force, too, as Piers ventured into rant mode: "We've covered them up, she's basically got them and gone way look at me - me too."

Referencing the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements against sexual harrassment, that gathered pace following the Harvey Weinstein scandal, Piers then added: "Time should be up for Miss Kardashian. I don't know what she adds to the movement really.

"The only thing moving is her breasts. It's reassuring, isn't it, that some things never change."

Co-host Susanna Reid seemed as resigned as ever to her fellow presenter's rants, laughing and commenting: "Your criticism of Kim Kardashian will never change."

It's not the first time she's fallen foul of 52-year-old Piers' ire. In April last year he commented via MailOnline about an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, in which Kim said: "I was definitely materialistic before... I just don't care about that stuff any more. I really don't."

An angry Piers wrote: "I'm done with Kim Kardashian and her ghastly family. I want them gone from public life, expunged from the airwaves, thrown off the newsstands, and extinguished from the celebrity ether.

"They've become a pitiful parody of stinking, sobbing hypocrisy that should no longer be encouraged or tolerated in civilised society."

OPINIONS. He's got 'em.
