As Halloween gets closer, loads of people are perfecting their incredible outfits.

Some have spent ages coming up with the perfect reference to the biggest news and entertainment stories this year and they deserve mad props for pulling off some truly awesome looks.

But they should probably just quit because Gabrielle Union has just won it this year.

The Hollywood actor donned a replica of her Clovers cheerleading outfit from Bring it On and not only did she pull some nostalgic poses, she also dressed her 11-month-old daughter in a similar outfit.

It's the actor's birthday today, so it's unclear whether she was dressing up for her big day or just for an awesome Halloween party.

Either way, the look is goddamn iconic and no doubt people who are expecting to put on an awesome outfit will rue the day they saw the 46-year-old killing it on social media.

But if this outfit is sparking some serious Y2K nostalgia then you'll also be pleased to know that other members of the Bring it On movie cast are keen to get back together.

Lead actor Kirsten Dunst told Kelly Clarkson that if people were up for a reunion then she'd be there quick smart.

"If they wanted to make another movie, I would make another movie. It would be so fun!" Dunst told the singer and talk show host.

"We made that movie for no money, zero money. It was a Universal movie but one of those where they're just like, 'Go do what you want.'

"That's always the best, when you don't expect anything - and then [it] became so huge."

Director Peyton Reed has also revealed he's keen for a revival.

Back in July 2018, he told Entertainment Tonight: "It's something that we've actually talked about - and I've talked about it with the actors and [writer] Jessica Bendinger.

"Could you do like, a 20-year later thing to just pick up where they are now, make it this generational thing? It's something we've kind of talked about over the years but never quite honed in on it."

Only time will tell if this actually happens.
