Gemma Collins Has Admitted She Lied About Making A Sex Tape

Denying the sex tape scandal, the 'TOWIE' star said that she 'panicked' during an interview, and then 'swore' on live TV

Apparently 'the GC' had made a sex tape - honestly, she was trying to sell it for £1 million ($1.3m) and then it was said that she wouldn't make naff all if she sold it because it could damage or even 'halt' her fame.

And now she's admitted that there is no sex tape on the horizon, explaining that the entire thing was a lie which she mustered up out of sheer 'panic'.

Make yer mind up, Gemma.

On Loose Women, Gemma Collins was quizzed about her sex tape by Janet Street Porter, who wondered why a 'diva' would film herself after Collins herself said that a diva should never speak about their sex lives. Did someone say contradiction?

Gemma, who is an original on ITV's The Only Way Is Essex, first said that her boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent was not in the tape - kind of seemed like she was trying to keep up the cheeky little tale.

Then she was asked whether it was a 'mystery man' and she answered: "I can't confirm or deny the sex tape."

Janet Street Porter, with her no shits given attitude, cracked up to Gemma's answer saying: "You can't confirm it, you've put it in print you've made a sex tape." She said what we all thought.

And Gemma cracked, finally admitting the truth once and for all.

She explained: "I think I was being interviewed and I thought I need to come out and say something funny, and then I was just like, and really out there, so I said that."

She then said: "You know when you panic a bit on the spot about how can I give them something so I just went, 'oh yeah I've made a sex tape' and I thought, 'oh shit'."

The audience laughed as they absorbed the fact that Gemma had made the x-rated slip up live on TV but worse things could have happened - she could have played her 'sex tape' on day time television...

And she might as well have done just that because she gave a rather clear image of what it would look like when she added: "Janet, when I'm in the bedroom, there ain't enough time for me to be recording.

"I'm going for it Beyonce style so I don't have time to be doing that and recording at the same time."

We're sure Queen B would be proud.
