George Clooney Pooed In Flatmate's Cat's Litter Tray As Prank

Early in Clooney's career, when he was still a struggling actor trying to make it big, he moved in with Kind after a break-up - staying on the couch in his one-bed apartment, where there was also a pet cat.

At one point, he became so bored by being stuck at home with 'nothing to do', that he started messing around with the cat's litter tray.

Clooney said: "He [Kind] was working and I'm waiting for an audition, and I go into the bathroom and there's a kitty litter box next to the toilet and it's got cat s*** in it and I scoop it up and I flush it down the toilet."

Clooney said he'd then return to watching TV before Kind came home, continuing: "He goes to the bathroom and he comes out and goes, 'My little kitty has not taken a s*** in, I think, three days'.

"And I don't say anything, I don't know why. I just don't say anything.

"And the next day, the cat takes a s***, I flush it down the toilet and Richard checks, and it goes on for like three or four or five days."

Eventually, Kind became so concerned he took his cat to the vet, who gave him some medication to try - the kind that makes you go when you can't go.

As the cat could go in the first place, it ended up 's***ing 15 times a day', which inevitably Clooney found himself clearing up.

He said: "Then the light bulb goes off, and I realise what I must do... Which is take a s*** in the cat box.

"Now, there is this moment, when I'm squatted down over a cat box, where I'm going, 'Really?!'"

Clooney explained that Kind came home one day and was in the bathroom for a while, before running out with excitement that his cat had finally done a number two - and a particularly impressive one for a 'tiny cat'.

Eventually, Clooney's laughter gave the game away and Kind was able to figure out what had been going on.

"He realises I've been shovelling the cat s*** out and he gets madder and madder," Clooney said, adding that Kind screamed at him: "I understand humour, defecation doesn't make me laugh."
