When you watch a Gordon Ramsay show, you watch to see him scare the s*** out of people as much as you watch for the cooking. But in an episode of his YouTube series Scrambled it was the Scotsman who was quote 'super s****ing' himself.

That was because his celebrity guest was Olympic bronze medal-winning former MMA fighter Ronda Rousey, who he ended up arm wrestling on the kitchen counter.

In theory, the show centres around Ramsay and a guest rustling up some breakfast together, but it all kicked off towards the end of the episode when Rousey jokingly complimented Ramsay's breakfast burrito by saying: "You're a good cook man, you should do this for a living."

Ramsay then replied: "Do you wanna f***ing arm wrestle?"

Fearless as ever, Rousey threw down her burrito and squared up with the 53-year-old, who added: "Let's go b***h."

Ramsay continued to provoke Rousey once the wrestle had begun, asking his adversary to 'tell me when you've started' before kissing her fist. The chef then comfortably defeated his opponent, who proceeded to grip him in a headlock, with Ramsay then lifting her over his shoulder.

Unfortunately the fight fizzles out shortly after this, though I suppose we should be grateful for what we got - after all, it's rare that a show teaches you a beef and duck egg breakfast burrito recipe and entertains you with a kitchen-based fight. You don't see Greg Wallace lamping contestants on MasterChef, do you?

That said, it feels like a bit of a wasted opportunity really, what with Wallace's ripped physique these days. He was inspired to get into shape for his 33-year-old missus Anna, with whom he has an 11-month-old son, Sid.

But having shed three stone and transformed his physique, Anna has now warned him that she doesn't want him getting too hench.

Speaking to the Mail Online, Wallace said: "Falling in love with a much younger woman is incentive to look after yourself. I am very aware she is 22 years younger than me. But saying that, she doesn't care.

"The only thing she does say is 'don't get too muscly, I don't like all the veins!'"
