Gregg Wallace has showed off his 'almost six pack' after undergoing an impressive body transformation and dropping four stone.
The MasterChef host shared a topless photo of himself beaming into the camera and showing off the results of all his hard work. He captioned the snap: "Almost a 6 pack!"
The 55-year-old recently revealed he felt 'horrified' when watching old footage of himself on the show, but is also proud of how far he's come.

He told the Daily Mail: "First of all I looked at it and I was horrified, absolutely horrified. And then I was struck with an immense sense of pride and well being."
Speaking about his newly slimmed down appearance and healthy lifestyle, he added: "I did it, it's great. I don't need to lose any more weight now, I just need to maintain.
"But I know what it is, it's about teaching yourself over time, healthy habits that become part of your everyday life."
Gregg has also revealed that losing the weight helped him be active with his 14-month-old son Sid.

Appearing on Lorraine this week, he said: "Sid's amazing, he's absolutely amazing. If I hadn't lost the weight, in this heat a couple of years ago, I couldn't run around with him in the evenings.
"I've got a 26-year-old boy and I'm playing around with a rugby ball with my little baby as much as I was with my big boy 20 odd years ago."
He also credited his wife Anna, 33, with helping him slim down, telling Loose Women: "I've lost four stone over the years with Anna's help and Anna's cooking."
He's previously said the age gap with his wife motivated him to lose weight, telling the Mail: "Falling in love with a much younger woman is incentive to look after yourself."

Gregg uses his Instagram to share updates and keep himself on track as well as motivate others. In one post he told his followers: "You can lose weight without starving yourself and being uncomfortable. I eat nice food and I like a glass of wine. If I did it so can you."
In fact, he's so happy with his new healthy lifestyle, he's even launched his fitness programme ShowMe.Fit, which costs £7 a month and gives members access to recipe plans, nutritional advice and workouts from personal trainer Danny Rai.
