In a pop culture twist that perhaps no one expected, 30-year-old Cooper Hefner is married to none other than the British actor formerly known as Scarlett Byrne, who played Pansy Parkinson in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and both parts of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
After tying the knot in 2019, they actually welcomed their first child in August 2020, but now they've announced they'll be welcoming twins to add to their brood.
Announcing the news on Instagram, Cooper wrote: "Scarlett and I will be welcoming two new members of the family this spring.
"We couldn't be happier as we wait on the arrival of our twins. A very Happy Thanksgiving to all!"
On her own page, Scarlett, 31, added: "Thankful for our growing family. Cooper and I are very excited to share that we will be welcoming twins at the beginning of 2022. Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving."
Cooper is the son of late Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner and former playmate Kimberley Conrad, who briefly took over as the chief of global partnerships for Playboy Enterprises in 2019 - later stepping down to launch his own media brand, only to then enlist in the United States Air Force.
Last year, he also announced his campaign to run as a Democrat for the California Senate in the state's 30th District, which includes Los Angeles County.
Scarlett, meanwhile, is known for starring in several Harry Potter movies, and for featuring as Nora Hildegard in The Vampire Diaries.
Announcing that the pair had wed in a social media post on 4 November 2019, Scarlett wrote: "Cooper and I are excited to share that we legally married.
"We are looking forward to planning our wedding in the coming months where we will celebrate further with our friends and family.
"I love you Cooper. I am proud to stand by your side, as your partner, your friend, and your wife.
"I cannot wait to continue building a life together. My heart is so full and I am so grateful for our love."
Cooper also said on Instagram at the time that he and his new wife 'could not be happier', adding: "Cheers to a life full of love, happiness, adventure, and great purpose, Mrs. Hefner.
"I love you dearly and very much look forward to planning our wedding celebrations in the months ahead. I love you, Scarlett."
The couple are already parents to daughter Betsy Rose, born in 2020 and named after Cooper's late maternal grandmother Betsy Aldridge-Conrad - who had passed away in July of that year.
