Frankie Bridge has revealed there's a giveaway sign to tell if she's angry with any of her I'm A Celeb campmates, saying there's one thing she always does if she's fuming with someone.

Bridge, 32, is among this year's line-up for the popular ITV reality show, having joined the likes of TV presenter Richard Madeley, broadcaster and ex-BBC Breakfast host Louise Minchin, Olympic Gold Medallist Matty Lee, Radio 1Xtra DJ Snoochie Shy, choreographer Dame Arlene Phillips, music producer Naughty Boy, Paralympic Gold Medallist Kadeena Cox, football legend David Ginola and Emmerdale star Danny Miller.

But before she went into the Welsh castle, she explained there's a way of telling if there's anyone she's feeling frustrated by, admitting she tends to give it away with... her nose.

The mum-of-two told The Sun: "Confrontation-wise, I'm not confrontational at all, I hate it. I think Loose Women will have helped in that I enjoy listening to other people's opinions - whether I agree with them or not.

"I think it will help in that I'm used to some stronger opinions and stronger personalities than mine in camp.

"There's one thing being on an hour's show with women you know and love and have known for ages, to being in a situation where everyone is tired, homesick and hungry.

"It's so hard to know what your patience is going to be like.

"Everyone says I flare my nostrils [when I'm angry] and they keep saying 'I can't wait to see your nostrils flare on ITV."

She also said she found it hard to keep her I'm A Celeb stint a secret from her colleagues on Loose Women.

Bridge continued: "It came up on the show but I just said I get rumoured every year, which is true so it was quite easy for me to get out of it. I think they guessed. It's hard to keep a secret from your friends.

"I think they'll enjoy watching it."

Bridge has already been a hit on the show, with bookmakers William Hill making her 7-2 favourite to be crowned Queen of the Castle, with Minchin second favourite at 5-1.

William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams said: "It was an action-packed series opener, with plenty to think about. The show promised to be tough, and it delivered tough!

"Wasn't it great to have Ant and Dec back on our screens? They didn't disappoint and were comedy gold as ever.

"Our pre-show favourite, Danny Miller, came across as a bit of a wet blanket during the helicopter ride and plank walk, and that could eventually wear thin and harm his chances with punters.

"It's easy to see why Frankie is among the favourites, she's such a likeable character, very positive and up for the challenge, while Dame Arlene should provide plenty of laughs while she's there."
