The shirtless Hollywood star twirled and high-kicked his way around the back garden creating what he called a 'Quarantine Dance'.
The 30 second video, which has been watched 1.9 million times, became his first clip to be uploaded to his TikTok channel - which has already amassed more than 320,000 followers.
Black, 50, captioned the post with the hashtags 'real life at home', 'distance dance', 'happy at home' and 'bored at home' - pretty much how we're all feeling, then.
Amid all the spinning, arm flapping and high kicks, the School of Rock actor even lost his hat for a moment but, ever the professional, he managed to pull it off and get on with the performance.
The video, which was posted a day ago, has already reached over 260,000 likes, with fans dubbing him the 'king'.
One wrote: "Wow! Jack, you are here and not holding back on us. Great first video!" Another added: "A new dance trend is born."
Someone else commented on the clip, simply writing: "And they say the perfect tiktok doesn't exist," with a fourth saying: "You just stole every bit of hype on this whole damn app."
This could be one of the ways Jack plans on getting ripped in 2020, after he released a video on his YouTube channel in which he revealed his ambition.
In his opening monologue, he said: "It's 2020, a new day is dawning, I'm 50 years old. It's time to whip myself into shape. I'm on the back nine of my career - back nine of my life.
"It's time to kick ass and take names - I'm comin' for you Hemsworth. I'm gon' get ripped. I got a hook up with a trainer to the stars, looking forward to breaking ground on the new me - let's do this."
On second thoughts, he may have left that one on the back burner like the rest of us have during lockdown.
