There are few among us who wouldn't bite off the hand that offered us the chance to look as good as Jennifer Aniston when we're 50.

As such, perhaps we shouldn't be too surprised to hear that the actor isn't ashamed to pose naked - in fact, she loves it.

The former Friends star recently posed topless for Harper's Bazaar and she was quizzed about the shoot on The Ellen Show.

When asked by the chat show host whether she actually enjoys getting her kit off in front of the cameras, she replied: "I love it! I'm not ashamed, no one should be."

Ellen then asked Jennifer whether she would get naked 'right now', and she said she would if Ellen did too.

Then they both got naked... OK that was a lie - nobody got naked.

However, when the actor did get naked recently for a photo shoot, she elaborated on her view that people shouldn't be ashamed of their bodies.

Speaking to Harper's Bazaar, she said: "I think our bodies are beautiful, and I think celebrating them and being comfortable in them - no matter what age you are - is important. There shouldn't be any kind of shame or discomfort around it."

Aniston also explained how she manages to keep herself looking so cracking, and bad news guys, it requires discipline.

She said: "I work out four or five days a week. For the last two years, three or four of those days have been with my beloved Leyon, who is my boxing coach. He has given me a love for working out that I've never quite had before. It's mental, it's physical, it keeps your mind sharp. It's something that I actually look forward to - I crave it."

While appearing on The Ellen Show, Aniston also hinted that she would be up for a Friends reunion - presumably because it would be easier to just do it than spend the rest of her life being asked about it.

She said: "Listen, I told you this. I would do it... The girls would do it, and the boys would do it, I'm sure. Listen, anything can happen."

Meanwhile, a Friends-themed cafe is opening at Primark in Manchester next Wednesday; so you could head down there and contemplate how you're going to make sure you look as good as Jennifer Aniston when you're 50 over a large mocha with cream and a millionaire's shortbread.
