Kanye West Admits He Has Kicked His Serious Porn Addiction

Kanye West Admits He Has Kicked His Serious Porn Addiction

He also said he is 'unquestionably, undoubtedly the greatest human artist of all time'.

Kanye West has been enjoying a life through God recently, which has led to his latest album being about Jesus and the word of the Bible.

While many of his fans believe this new life has resulted in less erratic statements compared to his past, the rapper isn't done yet with his big statements.

In September 2015, he announced he wanted to run for President of the United States in the 2020 election. Everyone laughed it off and thought he was kidding.

Fast forward to today and it appears he's still dead set on the idea of being the American leader.

Speaking to Zane Lowe in a wide-ranging interview, Kanye said: "There will be a time when I will be the president of the US and I will remember...any founder that didn't have the capacity to understand culturally what we're doing."

That sounds intimidating.

Now, that could possibly happen considering that Donald Trump defied people's beliefs to become US President in 2016. He proved that if you get enough people angry about a topic then you can get to the White House.

But that wasn't the only controversial statement that Kanye made during the Apple Music interview.

The Jesus Is King creator added: "I am unquestionably, undoubtedly the greatest human artist of all time. It's just a fact."

Big call. I'm sure there will be plenty of people who dispute that, but Kanye is certainly, without a doubt, one of the most iconic people in the music industry.

The 42-year-old revealed that he also developed a porn addiction because a Playboy magazine was left open when he was just five-years-old.

He said: "Playboy was my gateway into full-on pornography addiction

"My dad had a Playboy left out at age five, and it's affected almost every choice I made for the rest of my life from age five to now, having to kick the habit."

During the making of his latest album, he also said that he stopped people working on the project from engaging in pre-marital sex.

But after making music for two decades, which include lyrics about having sex with women and having a wild time, he's ready to pack it all in to be a follower of God.

"Now that I'm in service to Christ, my job is to spread the gospel, to let people know what Jesus has done for me," he said.

"I've spread a lot of things. There was a time I was letting you know what high fashion had done for me, I was letting you know what the Hennessey had done for me, but now I'm letting you know what Jesus has done for me, and in that I'm no longer a slave, I'm a son now, a son of God. I'm free."
