​Keanu Reeves Admits He Had Crush On Sandra Bullock While Filming Speed

Keanu Reeves has admitted he once a bit of a thing for former co-star Sandra Bullock - more than two decades after they starred alongside each other in Speed back in 1994. Oh, and it turns out the feelin was mutual, too.

Reeves has recently been dominating the box office with his turn as the titular character in John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum, which has dethroned the latest Avengers flick after taking a whopping $57.025 million domestically for its weekend debut.

But long before the days of John Wick, and even before he was donning that full-length leather coat as Neo in The Matrix franchise, the actor starred as the equally Jack Traven in 1994 action caper Speed.

While that was released 25 years ago (I know, I know, way to make everyone feel WELL old), it seems there's still something - or someone - playing on Reeves' mind about his former days as the LAPD cop.

Reeves appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where host DeGeneres brought up the fact she'd recently had a bit of a goss with his Speed co-star, Sandra Bullock.

DeGeneres showed a clip from the episode with Bullock, which aired last December, in which she asked her how it was to work alongside Reeves.

"I think about how sweet Keanu Reeves was and how handsome he was," Bullock said.

"It was hard for me to really be serious!"

Sadly, though, the two never got together - with Bullock adding: "I never dated him. There was something about me that I guess he didn't like!"

Cutting back to the interview with a blushing Reeves, DeGeneres asked if he had any idea that Bullock had feelings for him back then.

Smirking, Reeves shook his head.

"She obviously didn't know I had a crush on her either," he then said, prompting the audience to launch into giddy screams.

"I can't believe you both had crushes on each other and you were so scared," DeGeneres said.

"We were working!" he said.

"It was nice to go to work, she's such a wonderful person and a wonderful actress."

Mind you, when he was asked whether or not he'd ever had a fling with someone he'd worked with, Reeves suddenly went VERY awkward.

While he never ended up confirming if it was a 'Yes', DeGeneres noted it was safe to say his response certainly wasn't a 'No'...
