You'd think as a 21-year-old billionaire there would be no time to give a solitary shit about what anybody else thinks of you. However, Kylie Jenner, the world's youngest 'self-made' billionaire, has made time to defend her recently acquired title.
Earlier this month, Forbes brandished Jenner with the label, and while few questioned the amount of zeroes to her name, many questioned the applicability of the 'self-made' part. As you probably know, Jenner is part of the Kardashian family - unquestionably the most famous family to have done basically nothing.
For some reason, they are idolised by millions across the globe, and as such, many feel the huge platform Jenner was born into eliminates the possibility of her being a self-made billionaire. However, the mum-of-one seems to have a different interpretation of the label.

In a recent interview, she said there was no other way to describe her, citing the fact not one cent of her money is inherited.
Speaking to Interview, she said: "There's really no other word to use other than self-made because that is the truth. That is the category that I fall under.
"Although, I am a special case because before I started Kylie Cosmetics, I had a huge platform and lots of fans. I did not get money from my parents past the age of 15. I used 100 per cent of my own money to start the company, not a dime in my bank account is inherited... and I am very proud of that."
As for how the apparently warranted title felt, Jenner said it was 'wild'.

She said: "I never thought that this could happen. I believed in Kylie Cosmetics but I didn't even know what I was getting myself into. It feels amazing, it's wild, and being the youngest ever to do it is a blessing."
Can't argue with that... the 'blessing' being born into a super famous wealthy family.
We shouldn't be too cynical though, no doubt Kylie Cosmetics would have been just as successful if she'd had to start out flogging her lip sticks at a market stall in Coventry.
Come to think of it, maybe we should be as cynical as we like, because all we have is sarcasm - she has a billion dollars... I know which I'd prefer.
