The 42-year-old Oscar winner enjoyed a night out with best pal Tobey Maguire, who split from his wife last October. Because nothing heals a broken heart better than getting pissed with your mates.

Being Leo, though, he wasn't crying into a warm pint at Wetherspoons, like you did. He headed to Avenue in Hollywood, which is described as a 'grand estate frozen in time', whatever the fuck that means.

Leo was spotted outside a nightclub at 2.30am, before getting into a car. Unusually for Leo he wasn't surrounded by 29843948 Victoria Secret models; perhaps he was off to meet some?
According to PEOPLE, Leo and Nina split just last week. A source told the magazine: "They broke up a couple of days ago.
"Nina and Leo have parted ways. It is amicable. They remain friends."
Another source added Leo thinks Nina is a 'super cool girl', before adding: "He loves all the attention he gets from women." Fair enough.
Nina, meanwhile seems to be taking the breakup equally as well. She posted this to her Instagram just three days ago.
Life goes on, eh?
