It's easy to forget international popstar Kylie Minogue started out on Australian soap opera, Neighbours.
The 47-year-old played tomboy mechanic Charlene Robinson for two years. Her character married Scott Robinson, played by Jason Donovan, in an episode viewed by nearly 20 million people.
Well, the fictional couple's teenage daughter is now set to appear on the programme, and she'll be played by 18-year-old Sarah Ellen.

Speaking to Newscorp Australia, Kylie said: "Congratulations on your first acting job Sarah and welcome to the neighbourhood!"
"A lot has changed since I was in Neighbours, but I have no doubt the family spirit of the cast and crew remains the same.
"Have a great time. Oh, and Charlene says, 'Don't forget to let me know you arrived safely'."

I'm not a fan of Neighbours, but the young actress, who has almost one million Instagram followers, really makes me want to start watching.
Wouldn't mind being neighbours with her.
