Mia Khalifa has shared a rare throwback photo showing off an impressive transformation.
The former adult-star took to her Instagram account to blast anyone who claims her trim figure is down to 'good genes', sharing a photo of herself from way back and a more recent shot.
Sharing the photo, she wrote: "Here goes my#transformationtuesday: Life is about balance. For me, it's balancing my passion and love for food with my health.
"People ask me all the time how I eat so much and stay skinny - IT HASN'T ALWAYS BEEN THAY WAY AND IT TAKES A SHIT TON OF FUCKING WORK. It's not "good genes," or a "young metabolism."
"It's fivedays grinding in the gym every fucking week so I can go on a guilt free culinary excursion every few months and be able to drown my protein in a creamy morel sauce without looking like an offensive tackle for the Washington Redskins. Anyways, the point is, work hard, eat carbs."
Twenty-five-year old Mia was Pornhub's most viewed star back in 2014, but she has since knocked the adult entertainment industry on the head and has attempted to make a career as a sports reporter.
She recently thoroughly divided opinion for sporting a West Ham top while in the UK. Sharing a photo of herself at London's Duck and Waffle, she wrote: "Next year's our year #ForeverBlowingBubbles #AndForeverEatingWaffles."
The post was flooded with marriage proposals from Hammers fans and Danny Dyer will be pleased, but not everyone was as chuffed.
One fan wrote: "DO YOU ACTUALLY LIKE WEST HAM @miakhalifa OR ARE YOU JUST WEARING THAT PIECE OF CRAP FOR THE SAKE OF IT??" And the guy used all-caps because that's how serious he is. Another challenged: "Bet you couldn't even name one current West Ham player or the manager."
Mia has previously thrown her support behind Liverpool FC, well, not the entire team, just goalkeeper Loris Karius, who she attempted to comfort after he was slammed for his side's loss against Real Madrid in the Champions League final in May.
Prior to the game, Karius shared a photo of himself with the caption, 'eyes on the prize', which after the loss was ripped to shred by fans and site Benchwarmers. Commenting on the Benchwarmers post Mia wrote: "Is he the prize? Because..." and then a bunch of eye emojis, and we all know what that means.
She followed up her flirting in a post dedicated to the keeper, in which she wrote: "Keep smiling. Mistakes are human nature #FuckYouRamos@lorisk21."
I wonder which team she'll be backing when Liverpool face West Ham next season, eh?
