Sure enough, your entire social media feed is packed full of people posting their 10 year glow up. Most are saying something inspirational about achieving so much in a decade and obviously showing off how much their appearance has changed.
But one 10-year challenge post has grabbed particular attention for an obvious reason.
Thylane Blondeau, who was once dubbed the 'Most Beautiful Girl In The World' when a photo of her then seven-year-old self went viral on the internet.
Well, that was a decade ago and the now 17-year-old is all grown up.
She's certainly come a long way since that first viral picture. The French-born teenager now has close to three million followers on Instagram alone and has landed modelling contracts with Juicy Couture, L'Oreal Paris and Tommy Hilfiger.
People in the comments section of her 10-year photo reckon she's won the challenge, putting others to shame.
While she probably enjoys the praise, she revealed that she can't really work out what the big deal was with her first photo.
Speaking with L'Officiel last year she said: "Firstly: I do not consider myself the most beautiful girl in the world! When I was little, people always told me. But I did not even understand what they meant. Because who says that? Who says I am the most beautiful?
"I can not do anything with it. I can not do anything about how I look. This is who I am. Fortunately, I have a number of lovely people around me with whom I am very close.
"In addition, I am very shy. You probably noticed that already."
"I am very normal, though! At least, I experience my life as normal. I live in southern France. And I have my friends here. Just like my peers."
"I feel as old as them. But my friends sometimes point out that I lead a different life. But I do not feel that way. I also live at home, nice with my mother. You know, my mother is everything to me. I will never live alone! Never!"
She added that while it's fun having so many followers, it can put pressure on her to be perfect all the time.
The 17-year-old said: "I have many followers and I also think that I should offer them something. I have a private life and a public life, but they are completely mixed up. But I grew up with it. I do not know better! I'm only 17, right?"
Either way, she certainly has changed a lot in the last 10 years, which isn't hard to imagine when you go from seven to 17.
