Piers Morgan Tears Into Kanye West And Kim Kardashian Following Billionaire Brag
It doesn't sound like Piers Morgan is too happy to hear Kanye West praising wife Kim Kardashian on 'officially becoming a billionaire', having laid into the pair on Good Morning Britain.
Yesterday Kanye - who is a billionaire himself - took to Twitter to pay tribute to Kim with a bizarre photo of what appeared to be a still life of vegetables and flowers.
In a strange poem, he gushed: "I am so proud of my beautiful wife Kim Kardashian West for officially becoming a billionaire.
"You've weathered the craziest storms and now God is shining on you and our family.
"So blessed this is still life. So I made you this still life.
"We love you so much."
Responding to the tweet today, Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan took the sarcastic approach.
"Kim Kardashian becoming a billionaire..." Piers he started.
"Kanye West, very proud of his wife, after the struggle that she's been through, and now becoming a billionaire.
"The one thing I think we're all agreed on at this very difficult time, with the global pandemic and the economic meltdown, the one thing we're happy about is that Kim Kardashian has won her struggle and become a billionaire."

Seemingly confusing Kanye with fellow rapper Jay-Z, he continued: "We all share Jay - Kanye's pride.
"What does he call himself? Ye? Yeezus?"
Kanye claimed that Kim is now a billionaire following news that Coty had acquired a 20 percent stake in KKW Beauty for $200 million, valuring the company at $1 billion.

However, Forbes reckons she's worth $900 million instead.
The business and finance outlet wrote: "Forbes estimates the deal, set to close in early 2021, leaves Kardashian West as the majority owner of KKW Beauty with a 72% stake in the company and that Kardashian West's mother and manager Kris Jenner owns 8%.
"She's worth $900 million following the deal's close, Forbes estimates."
Morgan's co-host Susanna Reid asked if he reckoned Kim was in competition with sister Kylie Jenner, who was recently dropped from Forbes' billionaires list, following claims from the business news outlet that her wealth had been exaggerated.
"Well, Kylie was a billionaire," Morgan replied.
"Then they found out she'd been lying, and she was downgraded to a multimillionaire.
"So, let's wait and see on Kim."
