Post Malone has shown off his new ink - a massive skull tattooed onto his head - as well as a new shorter haircut.

Post, real name Austin Richard Post, shared a snap on his Instagram account showing off the tat alongside the caption: "I have cut my hair even shorter, also skeletons are cool.

"Spread your heart as much as you can. A little love goes farther than you think.

"Stay strong and keep kicking ass. Love, Austin."

The new tattoo joins the several others he's got splashed across his face, including the words 'always tired' under his eyes, some barbed wire, the words 'stay away' and a fancy-looking sword.

When asked by Tim Westwood why he decided to start tattooing his face, Post said: "Anything to p*** my mum off."

Before adding: "It's not right. I got a face for radio anyways, so why not?" Fair enough.

Still, face for radio or not - the rapper has recently added another string to bow, launching his own brand of rosé wine, which sold out before it even hit shelves.

According to TMZ, 50,000 of bottles of his Maison No. 9 were sold in just two days in the wine's pre-sale.

His booze was so popular that it reportedly caused sales platform Vivino to crash on the first morning of pre-sale because it simply couldn't handle the overwhelming demand.

He said: "Rosé is for when you want to get a little fancy. It's a nice switch up and I have been thinking about doing my own wine for a while.

"It was great to work with Global Brand Equities because they saw the vision and we got to do some super cool stuff. Maison No. 9 goes down smooth, and you're all going to love it!"

According to the tasting notes, Maison No. 9 has 'aromas of freshly picked fruit, such as ripe pineapple, pear and strawberry' with 'hints of sweet French desserts once uncorked'.

The description goes on: "The clean, dry, crisp finish is balanced and round with a texture that is mouthwatering and savoury, perfect for drinking on its own or with a variety of dishes."

Sounds good to me!
