Ricky Hatton has shared a video to show fans how his period of self-isolation is going, though many people were left a little distracted by the, er, adult TV channel he had on in the background.
Hatton was clearly going for a bit of comic relief as he not-too-subtly panned his forward-facing camera round the room to reveal a scantily-clad woman on the TV screen behind him, telling Instagrammers to 'find things to fill your time with'.

He uploaded the video with no caption, just four hashtags (#keepositive #keepbusy #keepsmiling #getupthereboy), but said in the short clip: "Hi everyone, Ricky 'The Hitman' Hatton here. Been in isolation now seven days, and it really is hard work isn't it?
"But what you gotta do, you just gotta keep positive and keep yourself busy - you know, find things to fill your time with."
As he said that last bit, Hatton panned the camera round to reveal the TV in the background, a slight twinkle in his eye.
"Keep knuckling down to it and things will come out good," he added, signing off saying: "All the best everyone!"

The comments section is mostly made up of crying-with-laughter emojis, proving many fans seemed to not only get the joke, they also very much enjoyed it.
One person commented: "What channels on the telly Ricky?"
Another said: "Wondered why everyone was laughing had to watch it again."
Many others have been documenting how they've been passing the time in self-isolation on social media.

Singer Pink was even brave enough to give herself a haircut... Thanks to some misplaced confidence from a little Dutch courage.
The 40-year-old pop star - whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore - said in an Instagram video: "Okay, listen. This is my PSA. I'm walking in my house and getting ready to vacuum and take a shower and I'm eating pretzels. I don't know how much you guys have been drinking during this whole quarantine thing, but I've decided to make it a sport.

"And I wanted to share something that I did last night. When I drink, I get really, really brilliant ideas, and last night I got an idea: I can cut hair! I can totally cut hair. Why have I been paying people this whole time. Look what I did."
Pink then turns the previously obscured side of her head to the camera and reveals a big bare patch to the camera. Oops.
