​Ricky Hatton Wakes Up ‘In Puddle Of Tears’ After Ordering £830 Steak

The retired boxer was hanging out in a beachside restaurant called Nammos, and shared a picture of the massive slab of meat on his plate, writing: "Wow. We'll start the diet tomorrow then shall we? This could be another war."

A close-up of the huge Kobe steak - a type of Wagyu beef that's renowned for being particularly pricy - also appeared on his Instagram Stories, just to show us the true scale of the monster.

Hatton then followed up the snap with another, in which he was flexing his biceps in front of an empty plate, bragging: "Don't mess with the hitman b***h."

But the smugness soon wore off when Hatton woke up the next day 'in tears', having noticed just how much the steak had cost him: €920, which is around £830.

Posting a photo of what he's claiming was his bill from the night before, Hatton said: "Just woke up this morning in a puddle of f***ing tears. That's what you get for being a fat greedy little s**t."

If you look closely, you'll also notice that the spenny steak was just a tip of the iceberg, as the whole bill came to an eyewatering €1,927, or about £1,747.

Other items on the bill include a bottle of champagne for nearly £500, some Prosecco for another £100, Hendrick's gin for £120 and a shot of tequila for £20.

Still, though, it looks like he had a fun evening, as he posted several short video clips of himself and others dancing the night away. At one point, he even pulled his top up to proudly show off his tum, proving he was truly in optimum carefree holiday mode.

Girlfriend Charlie also seems to be enjoying herself, having posted several loved-up pictures with Ricky - including one from their accidental blow-out dinner, which was captioned: "Having the best day with my Victor Meldrew."

Maybe just stick to the Caesar salad and a few beers next time, eh Ricky?
