Prepare yourselves for one of the most bizarre videos you're going to watch today. Salt Bae standing in a park, wearing a bin bag and feeding pigeons:

Pretty baffled? Yeah, us too.

Salt Bae - real name Nusret Gökçe - posted the clip on to Instagram alongside the caption: "Nature lovers Enjoy #saltbae #Saltlife #salt." Umm, ok.

Predictably, Twitter only went and did its thing with people sharing grabs from the video.

In one of the best, someone quoted Salt Bae as he fed a pigeon - writing: "That'll be six grand..."

Someone else added: "Serving up gold dusted pigeon platters for 2k while wearing a f****** bin liner."

And a third asked: "Is he wearing a bin bag so they don't s*** on his clothes or is that actually fashion?" Who knows, fella? Who knows.

Someone else said: "Be good if he fed the pigeons some crumbs in the same way he puts salt on steak."

Continuing to mock him, another wrote: "Charging thousands for steak but wearing a bin liner?"

Explaining the whole bin bag situation, or at least attempting to, someone said: "Everyone's slating him but I swear it's a sauna suit not a bin liner. Poor geezers trying to loose a few pounds."

If you haven't heard already, Salt Bae - who owns a number of restaurants - charges a pretty penny for his dishes.

In fact, diners at his new Knightsbridge gaff recently shared a photo of their receipt, showing their meal came to a total of £37,023.10.

The group ordered a Golden Tomahawk for £850, 16 portions of Nusret Baklava and four portions of Golden Baklava baklavas for £400, along with a few helpings of fries.

Ouch.

Not content with a couple of glasses of the house red, this lot also went for a 1996 bottle of Petrus, which set them back £9,100, and a couple more bottles of the Petrus 2003, which came to a grand total of £19,900.

Oh, and on top of that, they picked out a 2006 Dom Perignon rosé for just £1,620 - meaning they splashed out £30,620 on booze alone.

Only got themselves to blame really, haven't they?
