Arnold Schwarzenegger has shared a video of himself looking pretty bloody flexible, only to then reveal it was a prank.
The 72-year-old posted a funny clip which appeared to show him doing some eye-watering exercises on top of his kitchen worktop.

Posted the clip on social media, he wrote: "Flexibility is as important as the pump."
He started the video by telling his 4.6 million followers: "Flexibility is just as important as weight training itself - so here we go. Suck it in, up with the arms, and then bend slowly to the sides."
He continued to act as though he was actually doing the splits, before the very end where he casually sauntered off to reveal that it was a pair of fake legs all along.
As he puffed on his cigar he added: "Anyway, I feel very flexible today I'm very proud of myself."
The clip has been a hit with fans and has quickly racked up almost three million views on Instagram.

Fellow action hero Sylvester Stallone commented on the clip to say: "Very impressive, rubber man!"
While actor Jim Belushi joked: "Arnold, nice to see you're still flexin' on 'em!"
Arnie is currently self-isolating alongside his pet donkey and mini horse. The adorable pair muscled in while he was taking part in a web-chat on a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.
As the duo attempted to grab both his cookies and the limelight, the former Mr Universe revealed that Lulu the donkey and Whiskey the miniature horse have full run of his Californian gaff.

He said: "They roam around the house - they go upstairs, they go downstairs, they watch me when I work out and everything like that. It's fantastic.
"They try, of course, for the same food. Whiskey, she just loves to have oatmeal cookies. My favourite dessert is oatmeal cookies, so of course they take all my oatmeal cookies away. Right, Whiskey?"
Kimmel then asked the question we've all been dying to know the answer to: "Are they house trained?"

To which Arnie said: "Well, you know... they're not trained, but they very rarely go and take a dump in the house." There you go, they seem like the perfect lockdown companions if you ask me.
