Snoop Dogg Appears On Chat Show - Gives Everyone Weed

It's rare for a celebrity to be as well known for their fave pastime as their actual career, but that's pretty much where we are with Snoop Dogg - part-time rapper, full-time weed enjoyer.

As such, it comes as no surprise that Snoop brought his herbal remedies along with him to A Little Late with Lilly Singh.

In a skit on the talk show, the 48-year-old can be seen backstage offering treatment to the crew, who come to him with their ailments one by one - and no prizes for guessing what he prescribes them.

That's right, whether it's trouble sleeping, cataracts, anxiety or diminished gaming performance, Snoop's solution is always dope in some form or another.

At the end of the sketch, host Singh joins Snoop on the sofa and asks him: "Listen, everyone keeps calling you 'Snoop Doc', what's going on?"

To which Snoop replies: "I took care of your crew. I made sure that they had, you know, the do-it fluid, you know?"

Singh responds: "Wait, are you telling me my entire staff is high right now?"

"You need anxiety, this, that, they all had issues so I had to take care of them," Snoop explains.

Cue a cut to a hazy room in which the crew can be seen enjoying varying forms of highness, from hysterical laughter to semi-comatose popcorn-eating.

Then to polish off the whole bit in cartoon style, we cut to cheeky old Snoop, who looks down the camera and goes: "Uh-oh."

A Little Late with Lilly Singh

While the whole routine is all just a bit of staged fun, it is firmly based in reality.

Last month, while appearing on The Howard Stern Show, Snoop revealed that he pays a guy around $50,000 (£38,787) a year to roll his blunts.

Explaining why he hires the dude, Snoop simply replied: "I don't have time."

He added: "Timing. That motherf***er's timing is impeccable. That's his J-O-B, his occupation. On his resumé, it says, 'What do you do?' 'I'm a blunt roller. P-B-R, professional blunt roller.'

"If you're great at something I need, I'm hiring you."

After being probed about how much someone can earn as his very own PBR, Snoop said: "That's somewhere between $40,000 and $50,000 a year (£31,021 and £38,787).

"Free weed - all paid expenses. Everything I get, he gets. I go get some free clothes, I give him some."

If only Snoop Dogg was everyone's boss, eh?
