X Factor's Honey G has revealed her incredible transformation which has been brought on by an almost two stone weight loss.

The 40-year-old rapper has showed off a completely different look in a Reiss dress which is a far cry from her trademark tracksuit, snapback and sunglasses ensemble.

Honey G - whose real name is Anna Gilford - told fans how she shed the stones with exercise and has recently completed her second triathlon consisting of a 750m swim, 20km cycle and a 5km run.

Speaking about her weight loss with the Daily Star in July, she said: "The weight loss has definitely given me the confidence to put myself out there.

"I've always had a bit of a complex about my weight and now I can shop in the likes of Topshop and Miss Selfridge.

"I used to be size 16 to 18 but I recently bought a pair of size 12 trousers which feels so good."

Honey G also spoke to Closer magazine about her transformation, saying: "I loved the buzz exercise gave me, so I signed up to do a triathlon. It felt like an absolute thrill to be pushing my body so hard.

"I do hefty cardio like running, spinning and cycling, and it's completely changed my body shape."

Commenting on Honey G's recent Instagram post, one fan wrote: "What an amazing transformation well done you."

Another added: "Amazing! Well done," while a third commented: "Looking great!"

Honey G finished fifth on the 2016 X Factor, which resulted in her being signed by Simon Cowell's label Syco. She was later axed when debut release 'The Honey G Show' didn't do too well.

After this, she joined an estate agency in 2019 but was sacked and later told The Sun: "They didn't realise how famous I am.

"My boss had told me that he was expecting me to give up my music career which I am obviously not prepared to do.

"Music is my love and passion, and my ambitions are about being a worldwide music artist.

"I had no intention of being an estate agent long-term. I was hoping that a big opportunity for my music career would come in. I do believe I belong on stage."
