13 Reason Why Will Get A Fourth And Final Season, According To Reports
Netflix has dropped the trailer for the third season of 13 Reasons Why and reportedly confirmed there will be a fourth and final season.
Sources also told the news outlet that the upcoming third season, for which the trailer was released today, won't feature a suicide.
LADbible has contacted Netflix to confirm the report.
The new season hits Netflix on 23 August, when all 13 episodes will be available to stream.
The plot is set to focus on the murder of Bryce Walker and uncovering the identity of his killer. The dark new trailer shows the classmates of Liberty High School attending the funeral, as well as scenes where they all look pretty guilty about something.

The Netflix Original series was first released in March 2017, and was based on the book of the same name by Jay Asher.
The first season centred on 17-year-old high school student Hannah Baker (played by Katherine Langford), who took her own life.
Hannah made 13 cassette tapes explaining her reasons, which her school friend Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) listens to as he struggles to come to terms with her sudden death.
The show hasn't been without its controversies, and some have accused it of glamorising suicide.
Last month, Netflix announced it would be revising the finale of the first series and removing the scene in which Hannah takes her own life, following advice from mental health professionals.
In a statement, the streaming giant said: "We've heard from many young people that 13 Reasons Why encouraged them to start conversations about difficult issues like depression and suicide and get help - often for the first time.
"As we prepare to launch season three later this summer, we've been mindful about the ongoing debate around the show. So, on the advice of medical experts, including Dr. Christine Moutier, Chief Medical Officer at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, we've decided with creator Brian Yorkey and the producers to edit the scene in which Hannah takes her own life from season one."
The third season of 13 Reasons Why arrives on Netflix on 23 August; the first two seasons are available to stream now.
