Cat Deeley, Ant And Dec Have Announced An SMTV LIVE Reunion
If you're of a certain age, you'll remember SM:TV LIVE. Many of us will fondly recall sitting in front of the telly with a bowl of Coco Pops watching Ant & Dec and Cat Deeley in absolute awe.
We'd all sing along to Wonky Donkey and Challenge Ant with ridiculously heartfelt gusto. In fact, the starting sequence of Challenge Ant is probably the only reason that most of us can tell the Geordie duo apart.
It was a brilliant show full of different segments such as C.H.U.M.S (a piss-take of Friends) and The Beautiful Corrs.
If you were born after 2001, you probably have absolutely no idea what I'm on about. I feel very old right now.
Well, all you youngsters don't need to worry about missing out because last night Cat, Ant and Dec seemingly confirmed that they're looking into a special episode of our favourite Saturday morning television show for the 20 year anniversary in 2018.
Cat appeared on Saturday Night Takeaway to be revealed as the villain behind the Missing Crown Jewels sketch that's been going on for a few weeks and it was full of retro-references...

Ant and Dec mentioned the possibility of having some kind of reunion, to which Cat asked: "Would we be rubbish now?" only for Ant to quickly remind her "we were rubbish then!". Hey. Don't put yourself down, Ant. That show is probably the reason why you're a multi-millionaire now.
Anyway, Cat replied: "Okay, let's do it!"
Speaking to Metro at the launch of this series of Saturday Night Takeaway Ant and Dec were already speculating about what form the reunion could take. They said: "We've been talking to somebody about [a reunion] recently because it's twenty years since the launch of SM:TV next year.
"So, we were saying whether we could do an anniversary special or something, and we got carried away with the idea. If we did a one off, it would be on at 9.25am, with C.H.U.M.S and all that, and get Cat back."
Well this is all pretty exciting. To be fair, all three of them had incredible chemistry. I think that's the whole reason why it worked. Plus, it shat all over Live And Kicking with Zoe Ball and Jamie Theakston.
