'Don't Tell The Bride' Groom Spends £2k On Stag Do, Leaves A Quid For Dress Alterations

His future wife wasn't happy...

Once again Don't Tell the Bride had us asking the question, 'where the fuck do they find these people?' as a groom forked out a whopping £2,000 for his stag party, leaving him with just a quid for wedding dress alterations.

On this week's show, groom Nathan decided to go to Magaluf for his stag do, flying out with seven of his pals for a typical boozy weekend, involving fancy dress, of course.

On the other side of the coin, he asked his fiancée's mates to all chip £20 each for her hen do, which included a trip to the local pub, a Spanish dance lesson and some drinks. I can't quite wrap my head around the nerve of the man to organise a Spanish dancing lesson while he's in actual Spain getting leathered with his mates.

Anyway, stag party done with Nathan - who, as per the rules of the show has £14,000 and three weeks to oragnise a wedding on his own - got around to sorting out the big day.

He opted for a 'Day of the Dead' themed wedding, to be held at a bar in Leeds but his budgeting skills weren't up too much, and Jenna was left fuming when she was told there was just one pound left in the budget to get her dress altered.

She told the camera: "He's got one-pound odd left so my mum will pay for it, that's it.

"He's not running around trying to take stuff back that's not fair...I'm exhausted with this process...if I get angry, I'll lose it, do not film me".

Perhaps unsurprisingly, most viewers sided with Jenna and took to Twitter to pile-in on Nathan, with one writing: "Why don't grooms on @dttb learn that by spending nearly £2,000 on the stag do is not a good thing."

Another added: "Just. Once. #dttb I would like to see a groom who takes the budget and sends his bride away on a hen night instead of thinking of himself."

However, it wasn't all bad, because Nathan arranged for her sister to fly all the way over from New Zealand, so she could be there on the day. See? He's alright, isn't he?

A delighted Jenna certainly thought so, saying: "It was unbelievable I have no words. I'm overwhelmed it's the best present, he's really thought about me.

"It's the best thing he could have organised."

Congratulations, guys.
