Game of Thrones actors, Emilia Clarke and Jason Momoa have been named in the next wave of presenters for the 91st Oscars.

The second wave of presenters headed for the stage on February 24 was announced in a press release. Oscars 2019 producer Donna Gigliotti and co-producer and director Glenn Weiss revealed thirteen more Hollywood luminaries to celebrate the year in movies.

In a statement, Gigliotti and Weiss said: "The array of talent anchoring the show this year has brought some of the most indelible moments in recent cinematic memory to audiences around the world.

Sarah Paulson (L), James McAvoy (next to Paulson) and Samuel L. Jackson (R) have all been named as presenters.

"They join together to reconnect us with the nominees, their tremendous movies, and outstanding performances."

Deadline revealed that there will be four Oscars that will be handed out during commercials, taped and aired later on. They are Best Cinematography, Live Action Short, Film Editing and Make-up and Hairstyling.

Each category's nominees and the winner's speech will still be aired. They will also be live streamed online.

Academy president John Bailey sent out a letter which explained: "While still honoring the achievements of all 24 awards on the Oscars, four categories-Cinematography, Film Editing, Live Action Short, and Makeup and Hairstyling - will be presented during commercial breaks, with their winning speeches aired later in the broadcast.

"And, with the help of our partners at ABC, we also will stream these four award presentations online for our global fans to enjoy, live, along with our audience. Fans will be able to watch on and on the Academy's social channels."

According to Bailey, in future years four to six different categories may be selected for 'rotation, in collaboration with the show producers'.
