Even The Stig Thinks 'Top Gear' Is In Danger

The most recent series was heavily criticised by fans.

It's fair to say that Top Gear is seriously lacking without Clarkson, Hammond and May.

The last series of the show wasn't a hit with fans, as regular viewers struggled with the new presenting line-up. Chris Evans quit after just one series and, although Matt Le Blanc has been signed up for another series, there's been no mention on who will be joining him.

Whereas on the other side of things, Clarkson, Hammond and May's new show The Grand Tour has been getting rave reviews from fans.

The drop in Top Gear viewers has led Ben Collins, who was The Stig in many episodes of the show, to believe that the programme is in danger of being dropped by the Beeb.

According to The Sun, Ben said: "The problem is viewers need to gel with the presenters or the show is under threat."

He also took the time praise Le Blanc, calling him a 'real natural', which seemed to be the general feeling of the audience, as well. I like to think of him as the least worst thing on the show, rather than it's saviour.

What do you guys think?
