Gordon Ramsay's Got A New Show In The Works And It Sounds Amazing

This will be so good.

Gordon Effing Ramsay is working on a brand-new show and I absolutely can't wait to watch it.

Following on from the success of Gordon's Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell, Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell & Back will see the Michelin-starred chef travelling to restaurants with one-star Yelp reviews and helping to bring them back up to scratch - so far, so far Kitchen Nightmares, but this time, he's going to be trying to do it in just 24 hours.

Like Jack Bauer, if he did up restaurants and savaged people for not being able to boil eggs:

Gordon, or Rambo as I like to call him, will be helped on his missions by 'Hell on Wheels' - a 70ft-long truck which opens out into a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen, Deadline reports. Sounds fancy.

The massive travelling kitchen will allow Gordon to knock up new dishes and whip the staff into shape, to pull the struggling restaurants back from the brink.

Then at the end of the 24-hour period, Gordon will be revealing the newly improved premises to lucky punters.

Gordon told Deadline: "With the clock set at 24 hours-and-ticking, I can promise you this culinary boot camp gives a whole new meaning to 'Hell on Wheels'."

Whether he manages to pull it off or not, I think we can all rest assured that there's going to be some absolutely classic one-liners and expletive-packed outbursts:

And probably a fair few sackings.

Rob Wade, Fox's president of alternative entertainment and specials, told Deadline: "The restaurant business is one of the toughest there is - and no one knows that more than Gordon.

"Watching him try to save these businesses, not to mention restore the livelihoods of hardworking men and women, really puts the pressure on - and doing this as the clock ticks challenges him like never before."

Fox has ordered eight episodes of the new show, for now, but a date for airing hasn't been announced yet, so keep your eyes out for updates.

It's no surprise the network are keen to sign him on for another show, he's absolutely smashing it on the other side of the pond, with a bunch of Fox shows already under his belt - Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, The F Word and MasterChef.

I've got high hopes for this.
