If you had half a brain, you'd be worried about getting on the wrong side of Frankie Boyle.

Do anything that the Scottish comedian doesn't like, and he's going to burn you so bad your ancestors will slowly turn in their graves.

However, thanks to the help of TV editing, some of his jibes won't make it to the final cut, which some people will be thankful for after his appearance on Have I Got News For You this week.

Some of the 43-year-old's jokes did make it to television, such as his par on Britain First leader Paul Golding.

However, fortunately for people like the Queen, the jokes aimed at her were cut from the show.

According to the Mirror, one of those jokes was: "It's very hard to tell if the Queen is unhappy with you. She hasn't really cracked a smile since Diana died."

He also made quips about the royal family being a product of 'centuries of incest', as well as them being a promotional tool for fridge magnets. He then went on to say that convicted paedophile Rolf Harris' portrait of the Queen, which he painted in 2005, was one of the best decisions the Queen has made.

"The Queen keeping Rolf Harris's hands busy for a week is probably the best thing she's ever done," he said, the Mirror reported.

Another topic that managed to crop up while the comedian was guest host on the popular BBC show was the Paris terrorist attacks last November.

Speaking of the newly elected London Mayor Sadiq Kahn being associated with Islamist fundamentalists, he said: "If sharing a stage with extremists made you an extremist, the Eagles of Death Metal would be the most wanted men in the world."

The joke was met by gasps by the audience, and an admittance from Boyle that it probably won't make the edit.
