"I know you don't smoke weed, I know this; but I'm gonna get you high today, 'cause it's Friday; you ain't got no job... and you ain't got shit to do."
Is that one of the best movie quotes of all time? Maybe. Maybe not. It depends who you are and how you spent your youth. But there's one thing that's 100 percent certain... there's a new 'Friday' movie in the works.

I know there's been rumours for years, but Ice Cube has actually confirmed it during an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
He said: "It's a cult classic, man." Addressing Cordon he said: "I'll have to introduce you to it."
Cordon insisted he loves the movies, and asked if Ice Cube would consider making a new one.
He then dropped this bombshell: "We're working on one right now, we're gonna call it Last Friday."

The original movie was released in 1995, followed by 'Next Friday' in 2000, and 'Friday After Next' in 2002.
We've been waiting patiently for 15 years. It's time.
As you can see, he didn't really give much away, but we do know that it'll be the last one they make. Damn.

Jason Derulo also appeared on the show, and used the opportunity to gush over the movie series.

He said: "Friday was one of my favourite movies of all time.
"Literally, I would watch it every single Friday. It was that serious."

To which Cordon asked: "Every Friday?!" Derulo replied: "Yeah, it was like... a thing!"
So, there you go. It's in the works now so surely we won't have to wait too much longer? Hopefully, it's as sick as the first three.
