The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! camp-mates have been in the jungle for just over a week now - we've already picked our favourites (if they're not Harry and Anne, you're wrong), seen too much of Nick Knowles in the shower and watched Twitter go into meltdown about the eating habits of Fleur East.

But while we're enjoying the action at home, for the celebs involved it's a fair amount of hard work - it's not just doing the grim/terrifying Bushtucker Trials, but the lack of food has taken its toll too, and has seen them collectively drop a jaw-dropping four stone in a week, according to reports.

Tonight's episode saw the camp-mates - apart from Nick - getting to enjoy a feast complete with Harry's fave, jam roly poly. In fact, Malique Thompson-Dwyer ate so much so quickly, he almost spewed.

But nights like tonight are far from the norm, causing the celebs to see their weight tumbling.

Camp-mates have been surviving on the staples of beans and rice, with the occasional 'luxury meal' of emu or kangaroo meat.

Harry, who has been pictured looking slimmer than when he arrived at the camp, revealed: "I've struggled to eat the food in the camp. I don't think I've really ate anything."

Anne has also spoken about 'struggling' with the lack of food.

Meanwhile, Emily Atack has said her clothes are no longer fitting her since starting the extreme jungle diet.

Noel is looking thinner than when he dropped in the jungle.

"These were tight when I came in here," she said. "I just want to lose a bit of weight so that when I get home and it's Christmas I have a bit of room and can put it back on again. I love food so much, I love cheese and champagne and salads, fries, yum."

A show insider told the Sun that while the portions are small, the food is 'very healthy'.

They told the paper: "It's been a really tough week for the camp-mates, especially with the lack of food and hunger. They have noticed their body weight falling off.

"We believe between them the camp-mates have lost around four stone. What the celebs are eating is very healthy, from veg to meat protein and fish, and that is absorbed quickly by the body.

"Medic Bob encourages them to drink three litres of water a day. It not only hydrates them but also helps to fill them up."

They added that many of the contestants see it as a 'detox' and that it doesn't do any 'permanent damage', with most celebs putting the weight back on within three weeks.
