An ITV source has confirmed that there's 'no truth' to the rumours that Ant McPartlin was consulted over Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! scripts.
In response to a tweet by forecaster Emma Jesson, which read: "I am informed that Ant was consulted for scripted Holly and Dec links for I'm A Celeb series 2018. Top move production team, if this is the case, can see the hallmarks there," an ITV source told LADbible: "There is no truth to the story."

The I'm A Celeb scripts are, in fact, written by comedy and entertainment writer called Andy Milligan.
According to the Mirror, Andy has worked on the show for 12 years and has also worked with Ant and Dec on their other shows including Britain's Got Talent and Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, so is responsible for a bunch of the duo's gags - and will also be helping Holly get some laughs, too.
This year is the first time that the show hasn't been fronted by the Geordie duo, with Holly stepping in to Ant's shoes while he takes a break from showbiz to recover from a tough year.

Holly's first appearance on the show left viewers divided, with some saying she wasn't up to the task of replacing Ant and others praising the host as well as gushing about the rapport between the pair, who are pals off-screen.
Some even went so far as to suggest that Holly should stay on as a permanent replacement for Ant.
Whatever you thought of her debut, the figures don't lie, and this year's opening show was the biggest in five years, drawing in 11 million viewers. It smashed competition from other Sunday night shows such as the Strictly Come Dancing results show, which had 9 million viewers and David Attenborough's Dynasties, which pulled in 6.1 million.
So, having Holly as a presenter certainly hasn't hurt the ratings or the popularity of the show.
