​Scarlett Johansson And Brie Larson Wear Infinity Stones At Avengers Premiere

As hype begins to bubble over for Avengers: Endgame ahead of its release later this week, all eyes are on the film's stars after they attended the world premiere last night in Los Angeles.

All of the cast looked suitably glamorous for the big event, as you'd imagine from the Hollywood A-listers, who have a whole team of stylists at their beck and call (sigh).

However, it turns out there was more than just good styling when it came to two of the actors' outfits.

Scarlett Johansson and Brie Larson - who play Black Widow and Captain Marvel, respectively - both completed their look with their very own sets Infinity Stones, which they were both wearing as jewellery.

NEAT, RIGHT?

Avengers fans were impressed by the attention to detail, with one person tweeting: "Scarlett Johansson and Brie Larson wearing infinity stones to the Endgame premiere is such a power move."

Another said: "Brie Larson accessorising her red carpet outfit with the Infinity Stones. Well played, Captain."

The Infinity Stones are the six gems from the Marvel franchise - Mind, Power, Reality, Soul, Space and Time - which have cropped up at various times in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

That includes, of course, at the end of Infinity War, where bloody Thanos used them to wipe out half of our beloved gang. What's he like, eh?

After spotting the gems on both actor's hands, some fans have even begun to speculate that they're not just a nice, very on-brand touch, but could be a sign of a potential spoiler.

One person tweeted: "Both Scarlett and Brie are with the infinity stones as rings but until now just them, this means something???"

"Brie Larson and Scarlett Johansson are wearing all six infinity stones Thanos has no chance," a second added.

"So that's how Thanos dies," one person speculated over on Larson's Instagram, where she posted a short video showing the jewels off.

"So that's how you're gonna kill Thanos," someone else agreed.

Looks like we'll just have to wait and see until later this week...

Avengers: Endgame is released in the UK on 25 April.
