Maisie Williams Crashes UCLA 'Game of Thrones' Viewing Party

Maisie Williams Crashes UCLA 'Game of Thrones' Viewing Party

The real MVP.

Game of Thrones is now such a momentous thing that places are holding viewing parties for it like they would the Super Bowl. Which is a much better idea, Game of Thrones is only one hour, as opposed to about 7, and you don't have to pretend to have a passing interest in a sport that largely revolves around people jumping on each other.

Last night, UCLA, (or University of California, Los Angeles for those who aren't acronym savvy) hosted one of these viewing parties and Williams herself crashed the event.

Originally, Williams took to Twitter to put this tweet out, which obviously got excitement rife in the campus.

However, she was quick to throw students off the scent as she tried to spin a bullshit story about HBO wanting to give out free swag to loyal fans.

Why you lying for, Arya? You're already blind mate, do you really want people to cut off your tongue? Or your Twitter fingers?

Arya then documented the whole evening on her Instagram as she ran through a supermarket sweeping up crisps, popcorn and other Netflix & Chill friendly snacks.

At this point the story pretty much tells itself as Maisie documented the evening's event pretty damn thoroughly.

As you can see with this just being the fourth post out of 12, she was really thorough with her coverage of the event, she's practically live-blogging the thing at this point.

After this, she had to be very quiet sneaking into the campus, then she was spotted and EVERYBODY EVER wanted to hug Maisie Williams.

The two then devised a 'cunning plan'.

Maisie wrote: "He would enter first declaring that they had won the GoT swag (this was a ploy we made up to throw people off the scent) and I would follow after hoping and praying that everyone would actually recognise me."

So there you go, if you're lucky maybe Maisie will turn up to your viewing party of episode 2 in Nantwich next week or wherever you're from, but probably not.
