Someone's idea of a dream proposal can vary greatly depending on their personality. For some, there could be nothing more romantic than a grand gesture - you know, big screen at Wembley, love heart in the sky, that type of thing. For others, it's about a beautiful private moment of intimacy.
Nobody, however, has ever dreamt of being asked the question by a bloke in a balaclava on The Jeremy Kyle Show.
OK, so why the balaclava? Was the guest about to do a big fat crime on national television? Nope, turns out guest Kevin was just 'a private person'.

He said: "I don't want everyone knowing my problems. I'm a private person."
Obviously, this begs the question, why go on the show at all? That said, one of the only things that illustrates more questionable judgement than appearing on The Jeremy Kyle Show while wearing a balaclava is appearing on The Jeremy Kyle Show while not wearing a balaclava.
Twitter users didn't seem impressed by his logic though.

One person said: "A guest is wearing a balaclava, he's embarrassed to be on the show, here's an idea, don't go on the show at all."
Another said: "Seriously is this bloke about to hold a siege on #JeremyKyle WTF."
A third said: "Hahaaa! This moron on #Jeremykyle wearing a balaclava! Doesn't want to be recognised! Idiot they are going to recognise your girlfriend!"
Evidently though, it tickled Jezza, who even tried on his own balaclava.

He said: "I feel like I'm in some sort of robbery here. He says you've got guilt written all over your face. I can't see what's written on his face."
The crowd weren't happy with it though, shouting 'Off! Off! Off!' ... but still Kev refused.
After his girlfriend passed the obligatory lie detector test, 'proving' she hadn't cheated on him, Kev gave her a big hug, as Jezza joked: "I love the fact you're prepared to show your arse on television but not your face."

But unperturbed by the host's jests, Kevin then showed he was willing to show much more than his arse - he was willing to show his unconquerable love for his girlfriend.
Getting down on one knee, he popped the question, stunning the audience. More stunning still, she said 'yes', and the pair shared a passionate kiss to whoops and cheers.
You imagine it was just what 'private' Kev had dreamt of.

Just so long as nobody recognises that distinctive ginger chin patch of his. Come to think of it, maybe it's that Ed Sheeran lookalike guy who appeared on Judge Rinder.
