A new waxwork sculpture of Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen that has recently gone on display in Dublin has set people talking for all the wrong reasons.
Chief amongst those reasons is that it looks absolutely nothing like her.
Not one bit.
Seriously, check it out.
It's unfortunate, really, because Daenerys Targaryen is one of the most popular characters in the world's biggest telly show. You'd think that if they had a decent Game of Thrones exhibition it would be a big draw for visitors to the Dublin Wax Museum in Ireland's capital.
It might still be, but for the simple reason that seeing bad likenesses of people is really funny. Who could forget the Cristiano Ronaldo statue that looked like the modelling clay head from Art Attack?
Comedy gold.
Anyway, people have been quick to point out that it ain't exactly the spitting image of the Mother of Dragons after the museum shared a photo of their latest creation on Instagram.
One person asked if they had simply mashed together the statues of Legolas from The Lord of the Rings and Lucius Malfoy from the Harry Potter series.
That might actually have ended up looking more like Emilia Clarke than this monstrosity.
Another Twitter user commented: "I don't know who this supposed to look like but it's definitely not the mother of dragons."
Definitely not.
A third said: "Wow winter's really taken its toll!"
Let's hope summer rolls around soon and melts this abomination down to a viscous liquid.
On the other hand, the other day we told you about an Italian student called Roberta 'Rory' Pattaro.
Much like this statue, she also has a fondness for pretending to be Emilia Clarke as Daenerys Targaryen. The difference is, Rory actually looks like her.
The cosplaying student from Torino spoke to LADbible about her costume and even explained that she didn't actually watch Game of Thrones when someone told her that she should dress up as the Khaleesi of the Great Green Sea.
She does now, obviously. You'd have to if you're going to create a costume that realistic.
Either way, she's doing a damn sight better than this lookalike.
We get it, wax sculpture is probably really hard and most people probably aren't going to win any awards for it, but still.
You'd think they'd be able to do a bit better.
