In case you've missed it, there's been a few rumours that celebrity couple Cheryl and her fella Liam Payne are on the rocks - but the pair put on a united front at tonight's BRIT awards. However, while Cheryl was opening up about the couple's safe word - bass player Este Haim was casually stealing the show in the background:

Host Jack Whitehall sat with Liam and Cheryl and mentioned that Liam would be performing his track from the 50 Shades movie. Deciding that it was a probably a now-or-never sort of situation, Whitehall asked the couple what their 'safe word' during sex was, to which Cheryl replied 'don't stop'. Nice.

But her cheeky reveal was no match for Este's face, as she applied lip balm, winked at the camera and asked people to 'call her'.

Over on Twitter people couldn't get enough of it:

With many people assuming she'd had a bit too much to drink, in fairness, I do pull similar faces after a bottle of wine, so can see their point.

But it turns out that the US bassist is pretty well known for making weird faces while playing, and, although not playing tonight, it looks like it's a hard habit to break.
