People Are Turning Kit Harington And Rose Leslie's Wedding Into A 'Game Of Thrones' Storyline
So, there was a genuine Game of Thrones wedding the other day in Scotland. By that I don't mean that there was just a normal wedding and then everyone got brutally stabbed up, poisoned by their uncle, forced to marry some sort of horrible bastard/tyrant, or forced to marry the uncle that supposedly killed his own nephew.
I think that's all of them.
Of course, I mean that Rose Leslie and Kit Harington brought their on-screen relationship into the real world, having met in Westeros where Leslie played Ygritte and Harington played Jon Snow - and now fans are turning the event into a GoT storyline.
Yes, it seems the anticipation for the show's final season (and impending spin-offs) seems to have been too much for some people, and they've been all over social media - sometimes just going apeshit for the wedding itself, sometimes even going so far as to create their own living fan fiction around the wedding.
Let's take a look:
Gross. She's his aunt, for God's sake.
Not sure who Ingrid is, but you can see a trend emerging.

Usually, that would be a cause for concern, and we'd be expecting a major cull of characters, but everything seems to have passed off without any major incident.
Well, people have got to find some way to occupy their time until the final season comes out next year.
The wedding itself was a star-studded affair. Most of the Game of Thrones cast made an appearance. Daenerys Targaryen was there, Ser Davos tipped out, Jon Snow's on-screen sisters Arya and Sansa Stark showed up.
Tyrion Lannister showed up, and looked pretty annoyed to have his photos taken, to be quite honest.
Even Sam Tarley and Gendry were there - basically, everyone who has ever been in the show made an appearance.
The wedding took place in an actual castle. Turns out that Rose Leslie's family is pretty well-to-do around Aberdeenshire. Her dad actually owns a castle that the whole wedding party went back to for a knees-up after the ceremony, which took place in a local church.
Alright for some.
