Singer Peter Andre appears to have revealed that Ant and Dec will be reunited for a 30th anniversary show.

It's previously been reported that Ant will be taking a break from TV for the rest of the year, but writing in his column for New! magazine, the singer said he had recently filmed a segment for the show.

He wrote: "Last week I filmed a TV segment for Ant and Dec's 30th anniversary, which was good fun!

"I'm unsure when it will air, but it was great to take a trip down memory lane and remember the great things I've been involved in with the boys over the years.

"Everything from living above them 22 years ago, when they were PJ and Duncan, to appearing in various shows with them."

It's unclear if the 30th anniversary will feature both Ant and Dec, but given that it's a show about their three-decade-long career, it seems likely.

However, it's been claimed recently that Ant will be stepping away from his TV duties following his drink driving conviction.

On 18 March, his car smashed into two other cars, it was later revealed he was twice the legal limit.

Ant checked himself into a private rehab facility following the incident in London.

He admitted to drink driving at Wimbledon magistrates' court and was given a 20-month driving ban and slapped with a £86,000 fine.

Any missed the last two episodes of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway due to being in rehab, leaving best pal and TV partner Dec to present alone.

ITV said last month that Dec will also be presenting solo during the live episodes of Britain's Got Talent - in a statement ITV said it knows 'Dec will do a brilliant job'.

There's also been lots of speculation about this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! and whether Dec will be going it alone or if the show, which usually airs in November through to December, will see the pair reunite or if ITV will choose new hosts.

However, ITV was quick to shut down claims that the show's producers would ever replace Ant and Dec, telling the Metro: "It is utter nonsense to suggest that Ant and Dec are set to be replaced on I'm A Celebrity."
