A self-made millionaire who believe homeless people are 'weak-minded' and 'lazy' has spent three days on the streets of London as part of 5STAR's new series, Rich Kids Go Homeless.

Twenty-three-year-old Keiren swapped his luxury lifestyle, which was full of designer clothes and exotic holidays, to spend some time living 'homeless' - where he was nearly stabbed and forced to wash with wet wipes in McDonald's toilets.

His attitude at the beginning of the show was that homeless people can get a house if they work hard enough, and he wanted to prove this theory.

The dad-of-one - who claims to earn £10,000 ($13,000) a day - spends £100,000 ($130,000) on cars and has a wardrobe worth £30,000 ($39,000). He headed to the Strand in the capital with nothing but a sleeping bag, wind coat and a pair of thick socks.

The trader also took with him some glasses, which he believed would earn him more money because he wanted to buy umbrellas that he could sell once it started to rain.

The clip above shows Keiren counting the change people have given him and realising that he's only made £5 ($6.50) - he exclaims: "I feel like I'm selling my body, you have to swallow your pride a bit."

Speaking on the programme, he explained: "I feel like the homeless could do a lot more for themselves. A lot of the homeless are weak-minded and lazy, but they shouldn't be like that because you're already at rock bottom, it can't get any worse."

Things didn't get off to a good start, though, as Keiren was nearly stabbed - and all thanks to his new, £4,000 teeth, which he had sorted in Turkey.

The Sun reports that the crew had to step in when another homeless man became suspicious of Keiren, saying: "They're no homeless teeth."

Keiren's new pearly whites nearly got him stabbed.

Then another man, a paranoid schizophrenic, confronted him, shouting: "Who are you? You have got very nice teeth. You're a cop. I've never seen you before and I fucking run things around here. I'm gonna fucking murder you."

He recalls: "I didn't know what to do - do I defend myself or run? I turned to the cameraman and asked: 'What's the plan?' He told me to walk.

"He could have stabbed me. I was in real danger. Only the cameraman was with me."

The dad was on the streets for three nights.

Keiren created a sign saying 'if you don't have any spare change, I appreciate conversation', explaining: "If they get to know me then they will give me some money."

But it's easier said than done, as he found out the hard way. He was eventually given food but certainly hadn't anticipated having to eat a tin of spaghetti hoops (his favourite) with the lens from his glasses.

When the time came for Keiren to leave and go back home to his four-bedroom house in Oldham, Greater Manchester, he decided to give everything he had earned away to rough sleepers.

He has also promised to donate money and food to homeless people and vowed to encourage his daughter to do the same as well.
