While the fourth season of Rick and Morty is still a fair while off from dropping, creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland have been pretty good eggs when it comes to keeping us interested in the meantime.
Having just released first-look images for season four, now they've not only revealed the number of episodes we can expect for the next instalment in November, but also their plans for the animated sci-fi sitcom beyond that.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly ahead of Rick and Morty's Season 4 Comic-Con panel this weekend, Roiland confirmed we'll be getting a juicy 10 episodes for the fourth series, while Harmon dished the dirt on plans for season five - which he said is already being written.
"This new season will be 10," Roiland said of the number of episodes.
"We're rolling right into the next batch. The plan has always been to get them out quicker."

Harmon, meanwhile, went on to explain their intention to keep the wait between seasons to a minimum, having said it's not just fans they receive pressure from, but also the big dogs ordering the episodes.
That also means they're already writing season five, as they're trying to get ahead of themselves, which is excellent news for us - even if the duo are probably gagging for a break.
"I think it's safe to say without fear of being wrong that the gap between seasons three and four will be the longest and last time that it's ever so long that it's ridiculous," added Harmon.
"I don't know how fast we can do it, but I know it will never be this long again. There were so many things that had to be settled before we even started season four, and it's really safe to say - as Justin says - we're literally writing season five while finishing season four, just to force ourselves to commit to a certain schedule.

"Not to get anyone's hopes up, but it is structured into our deal that if we're going strong and fast there are options to deliver more episodes at a time. Adult Swim can say, 'These are on time and great. Do you want to do more instead of taking a break?' And we can then do more. I'd like to see that day.
"Just knowing it's possible makes me eager for it. I feel like a naughty boy when I'm late."
Keep the coffee flowing, LADs! You can do it.
