We've all known for a few years now that Jon Snow is not who he thinks he is. Still, it was nice for it to be finally confirmed during the season six finale.
It shapes up season seven nicely as Dany heads for Westeros and Jon tries to keep control of the north. How will it all end up? Probably not well, but we'll save that for another day.
However, what we did miss was that Sean Bean, who played Eddard Stark in the first series, revealed that Jon is not Ned Stark's son ages ago, and pretty much all of us missed it.

Mashable has reported that one Redditor reminded every one of Sean Bean's AMA from 2015.
When he was asked why he didn't teach Jon anything, his reply pretty much confirmed the R+L=J theory, without actually confirming it.

In fact, Sean Bean made a habit of dropping truth bombs. Back in 2014, in an interview with Vulture, he was asked if he will still appear in the show in one way or another.
"I've definitely got some unfinished business that needs to be resolved there," he said in response. "I'm obviously not Jon Snow's dad. And you need that to be revealed at some point, don't you?"
Damn, Sean.
