Original art work from the 1937 film went up for auction through Bonhams in New York and sold for an eye-watering total of £800,000.
Director of entertainment memorabilia at Bonhams, Dr Catherine Williamson, told the Mirror: "The auction featured every major Disney film from Snow White to Beauty and the Beast.
"We had a great crowd in with dealers and collectors from around the world.
