Working on the X Factor is presumably hard and stressful graft, given that Simon Cowell, who calls all the shots, has a very short fuse.
I like to imagine that backstage Cowell walks around firing anyone for doing something that he minutely dislikes, just because he has the power to do so.
People reckon that one person's employment hangs in the balance after the 57-year-old snapped at them live on air, questioning why his hairy chest and pearly whites weren't on the screen for a close up.

There's little else to report from the X Factor tonight other than a few acts put in some glaringly average performances, Honey G pissed everyone off again, and Louis Walsh is still really, really annoying.
