Someone else wrote: "Hell yes! Terminator is back this looks amazing can't wait to go see this. Thank you for this."
Another third commented: "It's been a while since we got some Sarah Connor action. Linda Hamilton + Arnold Schwarzenegger + James Cameron = Pure Gold."
And a fourth wrote: "Can't wait for this. IMAX here I come."
Yesterday the hype also continued to build when the official film poster was released, with the mysterious strapline: "Welcome to the day after Judgment Day."
In a behind-the-scenes featurette, James Cameron said that Terminator: Dark Fate is the 'direct sequel' to Terminator and Terminator 2.
"We pick up the characters that we knew from Terminator 2 and we carry them forward," he said, teasing that it would be 'gritty', 'fast' and a bit of a 'white knuckle ride'.

Director Tim Miller explained fans of the franchise will no doubt be most excited to know that Linda Hamilton is returning as Sarah Connor.
"Being back is wonderful," Hamilton said.
"Sarah's a force to be reckoned with, and I was ready to explore that."
